These Terms of Service govern your use of www.batuksleep.com.au operated by Batuk Pty Ltd (ABN 53 675 793 647), Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.
Products
Batuk Weighted Blankets are Class I Medical Devices listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG No. 526949). They are intended to deliver deep pressure stimulation for sensory-related symptoms and associated sleep disturbances.
Products are intended for home use. Use under guidance of an occupational therapist or allied health professional is recommended where clinically appropriate.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your order price is confirmed at the time of purchase.

Afterpay (4 interest-free instalments)
All transactions are secure and encrypted. Batuk Pty Ltd does not store card details.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide only. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by location. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services once the order has been dispatched.
30-Night Trial & Returns
We offer a 30-night trial on all blankets. If you are not satisfied:
Contact us within 30 nights of delivery
Items must be in original condition
Refunds are issued as store credit only
One exchange per order
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Returned blankets in good condition are donated to charity

Warranty
Batuk Weighted Blankets come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
NDIS
Batuk Pty Ltd is not a registered NDIS provider. NDIS-friendly invoices are available on request. Participants should confirm claimability with their support coordinator prior to purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content on www.batuksleep.com.au including images, text, logos and product descriptions is the property of Batuk Pty Ltd. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Batuk Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
