We know finding the right weight takes time. That's why we offer a 30-night trial — we recommend sleeping with your blanket for at least 15 nights before deciding if the weight is right for you.

Customers may either:
• Arrange their own tracked return shippingor
• Request a prepaid return label through Batuk Sleep
If using your own courier or postal service, tracking details must be supplied once shipped.
Please do not send products using “Return to Sender,” as these parcels may not arrive at the correct processing location.

Important Information
- Please keep your original packaging - returns must be sent back in the original box
- Blankets must be free from animal hair, food stains, and damage
- If your blanket arrives soiled or damaged, a 25% cleaning fee will be deducted from your store credit
- Returned items must be clean and in acceptable condition
- Proof of purchase is required for all return requests
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item is faulty
- The Comfort Promise applies to the original purchase only
- Products purchased through external retailers or third-party marketplaces may not be eligible
